Crystal Workshop

Greetings,

Lesia Alexander and I invite you to join us for an amazing and powerful experience exploring and using Earth Treasures ~ crystals and gemstones ~ for healing and transformation. Gemstone Energy Medicine ~ A Crystal Workshop For Healers is designed for any healing arts professional who is interested in incorporating Nature as a resource in a very embodied way for their own healing and in their work with others.   

It will take place on July 27-28, 2013 from 10 AM to 5:30 PM.  The tuition is $260. 

In this workshop you will experience the profound and sacred relationship that is available with the mineral kingdom.  In addition to developing a personal relationship with gemstones, you will learn their therapeutic properties, learn ways to tap into their power and effectively engage with them therapeutically.  You will learn and experience techniques and ways to use them for healing yourself, your clients and in your healing space.  

I began a private practice in 1999 combining energy work and integrative therapy and then began teaching energy healing classes and workshops for health care professionals in 2000.   In 2006 I begin incorporating the use of therapeutic gemstones into my practice and have witnessed incredible results with clients and in my own personal health and wellbeing. I have had a lifetime interests in rocks, gemstones, and crystals and longed to know how to use them in a more intentional and effective way.  Initially I studied with naturopaths in Oregon who practiced Gemstone Energy Medicine.  This gave me a wonderful structure and model to begin integrating gemstones into my practice.  I later studied with Lesia Alexander, who offers a wealth of knowledge and experience with the mineral kingdom.  Lesia is an extraordinary woman and gifted teacher who in 1986 started a 14 year study of the mineral kingdom with indigenous teachers and has been teaching since 1989.   My work with her helped me connect more deeply to the essence of the gemstones which enhanced the effectiveness of my work with clients.      

Lesia and I have been collaborating for the past two years offering crystal classes, introduction to crystals workshops, and altar workshops. This workshop evolved from requests from healing art professionals who were interested in learning more about crystals and gemstones and how to incorporate gemstone energy medicine into their practices.  

For me, working with gemstones in a therapeutic way is like having another healer or co-therapist, or usually several, with me at all times in my work with clients.  This has been particularly helpful in maintaining boundaries between my energy field and the client's energy field.  I continue to be in awe of the response my clients have in working with the gemstones.  Using gemstones to keep my physical space clear and incorporating them in ceremonies are other ways my work has been enhanced.
