Until you click that link to verify your subscription, you will not receive any update notices for HT Newsletter. Verification is necessary so that no one else can subscribe you.
If you don't recall receiving such an email, it may have gone into your spam folder. Please check there for it.
If you still don't find the email, just go to http://htnewsletter.blogspot.com and subscribe again. Note that you must have pop-up boxes enabled in your browser, at least temporarily, so the subscribe box can pop-up. You can disable pop-ups after you subscribe.

Our dear Barb Dahl needs our love and healing energy. She had successful surgery on her left wrist, which is healing. Recently she injured her left elbow, leaving her with a nasty wound. Please send her healing energy to boost her immune system and heal the elbow.
